Shine Valley Lamb Soup started as a small food court stall back in 2015. After tremendous success and popularity, we decided to open up our first restaurant in Vancouver, BC. Starting with only 4 staple dishes on our menu, we have now grown to be one of the only restaurants that serve a wide range of authentic Northern Chinese food.
